Who cares about your work? Close and distant friends and family of yours and the project staff? Volunteers, past and present? Past participants? People who have come through on tours? Networks and groups that care about the issues you are addressing?
Contact Gathering, Ongoing
- Have a booklet or email sign up sheet in a very visible and easily accessible place on the premises of your project
- Have several pens and pencils available at all times,and when visitors or customers visite your project, remind them to sign up so they can receive your updates.
- Ask friends and acquaintances if they would like to be included on your email list.
- Email signup lists at any events your project participates in.
- Social media, include either a link to your newsletter sign up page, if you have a website, or a Contact Button, so people can message you.
- Instagram, install a Free Linktree and include a newsletter sign up button, and a Contact button
- Websites try to install a newsletter signup pop up. It is extremely effective.

Gather all the names, emails, and phone/whatsapp info into one spreadsheet and include whether each person has donated and if so when their last donation was
